Thanks for coming to Earthsave - Baltimore on Saturday Oct 24th. I enjoyed your talk and the walnut butter. In fact, today, I stopped at the Giant and bought a container of walnuts. And no more fish oil for me. I'll be better off without it, and so will the fish !!
